My Journey.
Hi, I’m Kevin Huntting. Transitions are at the heart of my story—both personally and professionally. Over 20 years ago, I began my journey of navigating change, facing the stress, anxiety, and worry that so often hold us back from embracing the unknown.
At 19, I came out to my parents, a vulnerable and life-altering step that taught me how to move through fear and uncertainty. Since then, I’ve navigated countless transitions—relocating for career opportunities with Fortune 500 brands, leaving behind the familiar to follow my heart, and even living internationally after meeting my husband, a career diplomat.
In the early days, transitions felt overwhelming, stirring up doubts and fears about whether I could truly thrive. But with time, I learned to shift my mindset, seeing transitions not as obstacles but as opportunities to grow, to discover new layers of resilience, and to find beauty in the unknown. This perspective didn’t come easily; it was built through hard-earned lessons and a willingness to lean into discomfort, uncertainty, and change.
Now, I use these experiences to help others navigate their own transitions with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s a career leap, a life shift, or overcoming self-doubt, I guide individuals and leaders in managing the stress and anxiety that can keep them stuck.
