I know what it feels like when life no longer feels familiar.
Over the years, I’ve experienced multiple moments that completely reshaped who I was, what I believed, and how I moved through the world.
I’ve left behind careers that once felt safe.
Moved across cities and countries multiple times.
Started over more than once.
Navigated uncertainty, anxiety, reinvention, relationships, identity shifts, and the emotional weight that often comes with major life transitions.
What I discovered along the way is something I now bring into my work every day:
Transitions are rarely just logistical.
They are emotional.
Mental.
Psychological.
Energetic.
And often, the hardest part is the uncertainty and feeling we are alone while everything around us is changing.
The moments that challenge us the most both in work and our personal lives often become the moments that redefine us.e us.

I currently live in Mexico City and am the proud parent to two rescues: Tulum and Lev.

The Human Summit (THS) is a groundbreaking event focused on building deeper human connection beyond our perceived differences. In a time when division seems inevitable, THS brings together individuals from all walks of life, united by a single mission: to create a kinder, more conscious and connected world regardless of background or identity.
It's a movement focused on connection over division, kindness over judgment, and empathy over apathy.
The summit launched in 2025 with amazing feedback! It includes inspiring keynotes, interactive breakout session on kindness in Life, Family, Work and Community, a panel discussion, and lots of space for connection, self-reflection, and action. I am always looking for interested parties so if this speaks to your soul we should connect!
