Why is self-doubt so hard to stop? What can it lead to and how can I change it? Most of us have experienced self-doubt at some point in our lives. It’s what we do with it, how we cope with it, that means the difference between struggling chronically with it and not taking action or consciously recognizing it, understanding it for what it is, and allowing ourselves to walk with it as we take action in our lives! We all experience it depending on the situation, context, and it is deeply personal. When it does become problematic, we often begin to self-sabotage and have a hard time seeing that there are also good things about ourselves.
